Built on the preserved Word

Our mission

KJV Chat exists to help believers study the Bible with depth, reverence, and confidence. We built it for the Christian who holds the King James Version as the sole, infallible, and inspired Word of God in English, and who wants a study companion that never compromises that conviction.

Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away. Matthew 24:35 (KJV)

Why the King James Version

God promised to preserve His Word, not merely the ideas, but the very words themselves. We believe the King James Bible is the faithful culmination of that promise in English, translated from the preserved Hebrew Masoretic Text and the Greek Textus Receptus. Ezra knows the modern versions, but uses them only to show where they depart from that preserved text. It always returns to the KJV as the authority.

How Ezra speaks

The Scholar is named Ezra, after Ezra the scribe, who prepared his heart to seek, to do, and to teach the law of the LORD (Ezra 7:10). He answers as a preacher and teacher: quoting Scripture in full, reasoning from history and the original languages, and dealing honestly with hard questions. It is firm in truth and gentle in delivery, a shepherd guiding a flock rather than a judge condemning a sinner. When a matter is speculation, it says so plainly.

A note on the technology

KJV Chat is an AI tool. It is a study aid, not a substitute for the Bible itself, for prayer, or for the fellowship and teaching of a local church. Test everything against Scripture. The Bereans were commended because they “searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so” (Acts 17:11, KJV). Do the same here.

Who built it

KJV Chat is created and maintained by NxGen AI Labs LLC. We are a small team building practical, faithful software. If you have questions, feedback, or corrections, we would be glad to hear from you on our contact page.
